How to setup the device? Do I need any technical assistance for it?

Detail MD can be setup without any technical expertise. Also, a user manual will be provided along with the device which makes the process is easy to understand & follow.

Is the medical content pre-installed on the device?

Yes. The content for your selected therapy will be pre-installed in the device when you receive it. You can go into content library and view the content or mark favourite for the quick reference.

Is the scientific content, images & videos charged separately?
